A academy student stopped dating men subsequently she became a telephone sex operator to cover her bills.

Lucy - not her existent name - said she hoped to make easy coin from the task, which would allow her to focus on her studies at Edinburgh University.

She added: "I felt comfortable doing it for the first few calls.

"I would either get someone who was getting off on the phone and making noises, asking me to say things.

"Or they would be very normal and want to talk and would then take it somewhere else. They would last for an hour plus."

Lucy said things took a sinister turn when twisted callers wanted her to act like a child.

She added: "The more I did it the more I came across men who would say 'you lot sound really young' and 'you are underage'. They would say 'do you lot want the milk from the bottle'.

"People would ask me to talk about being back in school and what I would exercise backside the bike sheds.

"Ane guy asked me 'did you have a friend called Katie who would wear niggling pink knickers'.

"Things like that were awful to listen to. Information technology affected me much more than I could take expected.

"I had quite a popular ring tone at the time and now whenever I hear it in public my heart volition jump.

"I kind of regret it at present. I regret non just request for aid from my parents or budgeting myself a bit better."

Lucy said she felt forced to stay on the line every bit she would be penalised if she hung up - or if she missed a call.

She added: "The company said I could hang up if it was explicit paedophilia but if it was stuff like 'do yous have a bottle or a dummy' or 'are you in your big girl training bra' that wasn't deemed explicit paedophilia.

"Calls like that could last a really long time. It toll them £ii a minute, which meant a 50 minute phone telephone call would cost them £100.

She eventually gave up the job after moving back in with her parents for the summer.

Lucy, who is nonetheless at academy and is bartending over again, is glad she gave the task a go equally she has always been interested in sex work.

She chose to become a phone sex operator instead of a webcam performer on sites like OnlyFans because she wanted to remain anonymous.
